Privacy Policy
Effective Date: December 12, 2025
ParseFlow is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we process data when you use our services. We adhere to the core principles of zero user information collection, real-time cloud processing, and no retention of user text data.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of ParseFlow worldwide.
ParseFlow is designed to process text content through cloud-based AI models, but we do not collect, store, or retain any form of user information (including personal identifiers, device information, or usage data) at any stage.
2. No Collection of User Information
ParseFlow does not collect any user information of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Device information (device ID, IP address, hardware model, etc.)
- Usage data (browsing history, feature usage logs, etc.)
- Location data or any other identifiable information
We do not store any user-related data on our servers, nor do we generate or retain any user identifiers (hashed or otherwise).
3. How Your Text Is Processed
3.1 Cloud-Based AI Text Processing (User-Initiated)
All text processing in ParseFlow relies on cloud-based large language models (LLMs) / AI models, and this processing is initiated and controlled entirely by you. Text data is only transmitted to the cloud when you explicitly trigger a text processing request (e.g., editing, summarization, translation).
3.2 Data Transmitted to the Cloud (Temporary Only)
- User-provided text content (only the text you submit for processing) — temporarily transmitted for the specific request only
- Basic processing parameters (e.g., text type, desired output format) — temporarily transmitted to complete the request
3.3 Purpose of Text Processing
- To fulfill your requested text-related operations (e.g., summarization, proofreading, translation, paraphrasing).
- To generate accurate and relevant results based on your specific text processing needs.
3.4 Data Handling & Disposal
- Real-time processing only: Your submitted text is used solely to produce the requested processing result.
- Immediate deletion after processing: Once the text processing is completed and the result is returned to you, the submitted text data is immediately discarded from our cloud systems.
- No storage: ParseFlow does not store your text content on any servers (cloud or otherwise) at any time.
- No model training: Your text data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models (ours or third-party).
- No sharing: Your text data is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties for any purpose (including advertising, analytics, or other business uses).
4. Permissions
ParseFlow may request minimal system-level permissions (e.g., internet access) only to enable cloud-based text processing. These permissions do not result in the collection, storage, or transmission of any user information — they are solely for facilitating the temporary text data transfer required to complete your requests.
5. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers
- Cloud AI processing: Text data you submit is transmitted to third-party cloud AI service providers solely to complete your requested text processing. These providers are contractually obligated to adhere to our strict data handling rules (no storage, no training, no sharing).
- No data retention by third parties: Our third-party AI providers are prohibited from storing your text data beyond the time needed to process your request (typically a few seconds).
- No personal data sharing: Since we collect no user information, there is no personal data to share or sell to any third party.
6. Data Security
- Encrypted transmission: All text data transmitted between your device and the cloud AI models uses industry-standard encrypted protocols (e.g., HTTPS) to protect data in transit.
- Minimal data transfer: Only the text content necessary to complete your request is transmitted — no additional data is sent.
- Zero retention: No text data or user information is retained in any form after processing is complete.
7. Your GDPR Rights (EU/UK Users)
If you are located in the EU or UK, your privacy rights are fully protected by GDPR, and our practices align with these rights:
- Right to Access: Since we collect no user information, there is no personal data to access or review.
- Right to Erasure: No user data is stored, so no data requires erasure — text data is automatically deleted immediately after processing.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may stop using ParseFlow or disable internet access at any time to prevent text data from being transmitted to the cloud.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You control all text processing — we only process text when you explicitly submit it for processing.
- Right to Data Portability: Not applicable, as we do not collect or store any user data (including text) that could be exported.
8. Children's Privacy
ParseFlow is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly process text data submitted by children, and if we become aware of such use, we will ensure that any relevant text data is immediately deleted and not retained.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be announced through in-app notifications. Continued use of ParseFlow after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
